Members of the alliance groups meet periodically in a confidential setting for candid but constructive discussions. Each group is comprised of CEO’s with a diverse range of experiences, knowledge, and perceptions, but sufficiently common leadership challenges. Occasionally, CEO’s participate as guests in other groups depending upon needs.
Each member in the group is carefully selected on psychometric and firmometric measures. As a result the trusted bonds developed during the meetings are among the most important relationships in a member’s CEO career.
Some moderators often share third party best practices to stimulate discussions. We also invite outside experts to give talks regularly.
